War Fab Promau Roller Foundation

From Italy to the Cleveland-Akron-Pittsburgh area, the machine fabricator provided centerline bolt setting drawings for the Roller foundation. They detailed the base structural steel reinforcing  (concrete grade beam reinforcing) to control the “Z” direction rotating moment to secure the extreme rolling of up to 5” plating. The final success of this foundation was to design and install structural steel reinforcing throughout the remainder of the new concrete foundation.

Porter Foundations removed an existing concrete foundation at the same location and provided a permanent 18” dia. x 14’-0” deep sump to control future groundwater.
