War Fab Promau Roller Foundation

The machine fabricator from Italy provided centerline bolt setting drawings for the Roller foundation. They detailed the base structural steel reinforcing  (concrete grade beam reinforcing) to control the “Z” direction rotating moment to secure the extreme rolling of up to 5” plating. The final success of this foundation was to design and install structural steel reinforcing throughout the remainder of the new concrete foundation.

Porter Foundations removed an existing concrete foundation at same location and provided a permanent 18” dia. x 14’-0” deep sump to control future ground water.
